Acordermatitis enteropatica

Se presenta el caso de un lactante con acrodermatitis Enteropática Hereditaria, el cual presentaba la tríada clásica de dermatitis acral que luego se generaliza, alopecia y diarrea. Este niño fue manejado con sulfato de zinc vía oral y presentó mejoría evidente a los pocos días de iniciado el tratamiento.
