Lymphocutaneous sporotrichosis in pediatric patient

Sporotrichosis is a subcutaneous fungal disease, facial lesions are reported in up to 92% of pediatric cases and a history of trauma is usually absent. We present a pediatric patient with lymphocutaneous sporotrichosis of the upper limb that is not the usual presentation.
