Iatrogenic allogeneic disease, a term designated in 2008 by Dr. Felipe Coiffman. Inflammatory reaction secondary to the use of filler substances for the contour and increase in body dimensions that in our environment grows exponentially. Epidemiologically, the number of patients currently suffering from these reactions is difficult to calculate since the applications are not regulated and in most cases are applied by non-medical personnel. Case of female patients, 32 years old, who reported placement of allogeneic substances that did not specify, with dermatosis located on the lower limbs (anterior and lateral inner thighs), characterized by erythematous-violaceous nodules, irregular, ill-defined edges, adhered to deep planes, Painful 8-month evolution, magnetic resonance imaging was requested, which reported infiltration of modeling agents in the subcutaneous cellular tissue, anterior, lateral, and inner thighs, from the proximal to the distal third, establishing a definitive diagnosis of iatrogenic allogeneic disease.
