Síndrome de Gardner-Diamond

El síndrome de Gardner Diamond es una enfennedad rara, de etiología desconocida, que se encuentra incluida dentro de las púrpuras psicógenas
y se presenta principalmente en mujeres con trastornos psiquiátricos. Documentamos el caso de una paciente adulta, con máculas equimóticas recurrentes, dolorosas, en las extremidades y el abdomen, a la que se le confirmó el diagnóstico de autosensibilización eritrocitaria mediante la prueba de autoinoculación autóloga de eritrocitos. Se hace una revisión de esta enfermedad.
