Sindrome de Goltz: Hipoplasia Dérmica Focal

El síndrome de Goltz es un trastorno en el desarrollo mesoectodérmico, raro, con profunda displasia del tejido conectivo. Se presenta el caso de una niña de 9 años con manifestaciones clínicas desde el nacimiento y otras de aparición reciente compatibles con dicho síndrome, no diagnosticado a edad más temprana.
