Abstract

Se presenta un caso de pénfigo vulgar con respuesta pobre a los corticoesteroides orales, pero con mejoría luego del tratamiento con ciclofosfamida usada en forma de pulsos intravenosos mensuales.

El paciente presentaba además una enfermedad de Parkinson asociada.
