Type IIIc Polyglandular Autoimmune Syndrome: A Case Report

Autoimmune poliglandular syndrome is an infrequent pathology that is characterized by the coexistence of two or more endocrine insufficiencies due to an autoimmune mechanism. We present a patient with autoimmune poliglandular syndrome type IIIc, who presents with autoimmune thyroid disease, vitiligo, and diabetes mellitus type 1.
