FUNCTIONS :
- To review, supervise and approve the content of each issue of the journal before publication.
- To ensure that the editorial line and policy of the journal is maintained, as well as to be attentive to its systematic updating.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of the editorial committee.
- To direct and ensure the academic quality of the journal.
- Decide whether the papers received can be sent to the referees for evaluation or whether they should be rejected.
- To develop all the necessary actions to ensure that the Journal appears in the most prominent databases and indexes.
- To represent the Journal in meetings convened by the ministerial authorities or the Academy of Sciences or to decide to whom to delegate such participation.
- To appoint a committee to deal with any claim or incident that may arise in relation to ethical aspects of the papers published or submitted for publication.

- To preside over the commission created in the event of any claim or incident related to ethical aspects of the papers published or sent for publication, as well as to support the correspondence arising therefrom and to keep the Editor-in-Chief informed about the development of this task.
