Abstract

We present the case of an 11-year-old female with a 3-day old painful genital ulcer following an upper respiratory tract infection. Her medical history highlights that she is a sexually inactive patient. After ruling out sexually transmitted infections that causa vulvar ulcers, the diagnosis of Lipschütz ulcer is made. It´s important to note thar not all genital ulcers correspond to venereal diseases.
