Abstract

We present the case of an 11-year-old female with a three-day history of a painful genital ulcer following an upper respiratory tract infection. Her medical history highlights that she is a sexually inactive patient. After ruling out sexually transmitted infections causing vulvar ulcers, the diagnosis of Lipschütz ulcer is made. It is important to note that not all genital ulcers are associated with venereal diseases.
