Acne fulminans and pyoderma gangrenosum associated with oral isotretinoin therapy

We present the case of a 18 years old patient, with a history of acne with 4 years of evolution that developed lesions of pioderma gangrenosum in the lower limbs after starting of treatment with isotretinoin for acne fulminans.
