Efectividad de la dapsona en el granuloma facial: reporte de tres casos

El Granuloma facial es un trastorno cutáneo idio pático, poco frecuente, caracterizado por placas de color rojo pardo localizadas principalmente en la cara. Se han reportado múltiples modalidades terapéuticas sin que ninguna haya demostrado efectividad a largo plazo. Reportamos tres casos de granuloma facial refractarios a las terapias convencionales, que respondieron con dapsona.
