Abstract

Alopecic and aseptic nodules on the scalp (AANS) correspond to a recently described entity, characterized by the presence of one or more domed nodules, of a firm or soft consistency, containing aseptic material, associated with non-scarring alopecia and surrounded by normal scalp. It mainly affects young adults, with a greater predominance in males. We will describe the clinical cases of 3 patients diagnosed with AANS.
