Abstract

Rapidly evolving tumors may cause concern in the patients because they require a prompt diagnosis and management. In this paper we present the case of a 69-year-old woman with a lip commissure tumor without a clear histopathology, it required immunohistochemistry in order to get the diagnosis, finally this woman was taken to wide surgery and with this she achieved complete resolution.
