Nódulos alopécicos y asépticos en cuero cabelludo: ¿poco frecuentes o infradiagnosticados?. Serie de casos

Los nódulos alopécicos y asépticos en cuero cabelludo (NAACC) corresponden a una entidad recientemente descripta, caracterizada por la presencia de uno o más nódulos abovedados, de consistencia firme o más bien renitente, que contienen material aséptico, asociados a alopecia no cicatrizal y rodeados por cuero cabelludo normal. Afecta principalmente a adultos jóvenes, con mayor predominio en el sexo masculino. Describiremos los casos clínicos de 3 pacientes con diagnóstico de NAACC.
