Cutis lymphocytoma also kwon as spierglerfentpseudo- lymphoma, is a lymphoproliferative affection type b, that clinically manifests as one single nodular lesión or more.
The disease is more about a hypertrophy process than a neoplasia itself. In which the lymphoid hyperplasia would be due to a prolonged antigenig stimulation in the are where the tumors is located.
A 13 year- old male comes to clinic with no significant personal background, with a nodular lesion on the face without associated symptoms of 15 days of evolution. A biopsy and immunohistochemistry are performed to confirm the diagnosis of cutis lymphocytoma.
It is important to think about this condition in the presence of a single nodular lesion without symptoms associated and in doubtful cases, it is useful to perform a histopathological study. The curse is chronic, but it has a slow tendency to an spontaneous resolution.
